  • Your price is locked for a year. You are not.

    The per-user rate you sign holds for the following twelve months, and any change after that comes with at least thirty days notice, in writing.

  • Per user, and nothing else

    Not per device, location, or storage. Numbers that are hard to measure and change every quarter make budgets you cannot trust.

  • Unlimited support

    Asking a question is not a billable event. There is no meter running on the relationship.

  • How much does cybersecurity cost for a smaller business?

    It depends on how many people you have and how much of the work you hand over. At 25 users, an OrbitalFire package runs from $11.99 to $78.99 per user per month, and a single service on its own starts under $4 per user per month. The per-user price falls as your user count rises.

  • How does OrbitalFire price its services?

    We price per user. Not per device, location, or storage, which are hard to measure and change constantly. Services are monthly subscriptions, so they are straightforward to budget. The per-user price comes down as your user count grows, and the price of an individual service comes down as you engage more of them. Your per-user rate is locked for twelve months from the day you sign.

  • Do we have to buy a whole package?

    No. We offer packages built around what a given industry typically needs to give you a sense of what your service could cost, and every service is also available on its own. The best way to get started is to have a quick conversation and we'll tailor your proposal to your specific needs.

  • Are we locked into a long-term contract?

    No. Services are month to month. If you cancel, the final invoice covers one last month, and any annual service is prorated to the part already delivered.

  • Is support charged separately?

    No. Support is unlimited and included. Asking a question is not a billable event, and there is no meter running on the relationship.

  • Are annual services billed on top of the monthly price?

    No. Work that happens once a year, such as a compliance assessment or a penetration test, is built into the monthly per-user figure rather than invoiced separately when it comes around.

  • Can we start with an Assessment before committing to anything?

    Yes, and most customers do. An Assessment is a defined piece of work with a report at the end. You are not obliged to buy the services it recommends. It also lets us quote accurately, because we have seen your environment instead of guessing at it.

  • What is the smallest engagement you will take?

    A single service, and we have customers with as few as one employee. Every service is available on its own, and most customers start with Awareness Training and an Assessment. We built OrbitalFire exclusively for smaller businesses, so nothing is too small.
